It should be noted that we worked with the teaching population of the I.E.D. Sede Bogotá., ) Herrera Echeverri, Paula Andrea; Chaves Silva, Ana María; Cardenas, ShirleyThe purpose of the research is that the teachers of the Departmental Educational Institution Instituto Técnico de Oriente, strengthen the inclusion processes in children and adolescents with hearing disabilities of the different grades, with the intention of eliminating the barriers that generate exclusion and thus promoting and providing a better quality of education, without the need for any type of discrimination or violation of rights within the school. Given this, the project seeks to implement in the classrooms of the Departmental Educational Institution Instituto Técnico de Oriente, and in the common areas of the school, pedagogical strategies and attention to the needs of the student with disabilities, to strengthen their free development and development in the educational and social context, promoting the expansion of inclusive spaces within the institution of preschool, primary, secondary, middle and technical education.
