Sede Bogotá., ) Hernández Marín, Leidy Vanessa; Mancera Baquero, JennyferIn the actions developed in the classroom, a world is discovered in the company of dialogues and observations through the interactions given by the children and that are developed in the routine of the teaching work, which often leaves aside the wonders of discovering, creating and imagine. Through the developed strategy, it is sought to propose new experiences in the classroom that allow the boy and the girl to interact in an enriched space from the pedagogical and playful proposals in favor of growth in their learning, in this way developed from a known strategy. as a pictogram, seeking to enhance communication skills and recognition of the skills and abilities of the participants. To generate these experiences, observations and accompaniments have been developed that have made it possible to recognize the need to enhance and recognize the abilities of boys and girls in a daily process in the classroom and in their environment. From the understanding of these contents, a qualitative and descriptive research is developed, seeking that the teacher, as a fundamental part in the development of these strategies, questions about their practice and what to do that they develop in the classroom in the company of their students. From this, the conclusions of the importance and results generated by the strategy of the pictograms, innovation as a communication strategy, developed with the girls and boys of the infant grade of the Aures kindergarten are observed. In this way, with the observation of the strategy and the results, the intentionality that is generated with this proposal and its intervention will be demonstrated.
