Some aspects such as autonomy, physical conditions, leadership, interpersonal relationships, remuneration, equality and a series of other factors that are involved in the study of the organizational climate of a company must be evaluated in human resources. The analysis of this factor also serves as a measurement system, in the study company, seeking to perceive what the state of the human resource is, the quality in its development in the work environment, taking as a reference the merger, based on the presence of two different types of organizational cultures in addition to the analysis of the organizational climate carried out prior to the merger.
