Sede Bogotá., ) Granados Yepes, Silvia Raquel; Mancera Baquero, JennyferWith this disciplinary intervention project, it is intended to apply different pedagogical strategies that favor the harmonious transit of children from community homes and from the Flautín children's home to the Carlos Arturo Duque Ramírez educational institution in Puerto Nare (Antioquia). Helping to improve the confidence of boys and girls when they enter the transition grade, since those who do not have a good transition process present adaptation difficulties such as crying on the first day of classes, high non-attendance and sometimes dropping out of school. With the strategy "the boys and girls of Puerto Nare transit in harmony" pedagogical activities are developed in three workshops to learn about the institution, the teachers and many of their classmates, and two workshops to work with parents linking them to the proposal, creating a safe and harmonious environment, strengthening the institutional curriculum to thus guarantee the right to education and free development. When children adapt naturally, a love for knowledge is generated in them and they accept changes in their lives as a natural process of growing up. On the other hand, teachers, having more confident children makes their work easier plus the satisfaction of the academic success their students could obtain
