All this based on the implementation of Good Manufacturing Practices and the use of current regulations and decrees that allow the product to meet the requirements of both the company and the customer. The School of Gastronomic Culture of the SENA Regional Valle, has a commitment to Colombians, both educational and business level, and is characterized by being the pioneer in the implementation and compliance with quality standards in the country.
