Sede Bogotá., ) Chaves Arias, Laura Camila; Wilchez Ramírez, Daniela Alejandra; Gonzalez Luis, Derly Andrea; Diosa García, Jhon AlejandroIn this research work, the importance of critical thinking through TICs is analyzed in the Santa Ángela Merici school, in which a pedagogical proposal is generated that consists of a series of activities that aim to strengthen thought critical of children, taking into account that I turn to a qualitative approach in order to identify the reality of the educational context from a holistic perspective. At first, a referential framework was proposed where international, national and local investigative aspects were taken into account to have a general orientation regarding critical thinking and the use of TICs in the training of children. A legal framework was also taken into account that included laws related to education in Colombia, however, due to the situation that is occurring worldwide due to COVID-19, it was not possible to complete the last phase of this investigation. On the other hand, a survey was generated with the rector of the institution to find out his perspective about the importance of critical thinking and to the extent that they are implemented in the institution, in a second moment a prior observation was made to find out how they were going to implement the activities that were to be proposed and thus respond to the general objective.
