The academic performance of the students is in decline. This document is focused on creating and presenting a pedagogical proposal, "Studying and humanizing", aimed at promoting attitudes, values and knowledge in second grade students of the Miguel de Cervantes Saavedra Educational Institution, for the improvement of their quality of learning. lifetime. The project was executed through: 1) a survey was used as a collection instrument to determine and interpret the possible causes of student behavior in the institution 2) measurement and analysis of the results obtained from the survey, details of what was observed in the focus groups of students and parents or guardians in order to define the content of the pedagogical proposal, and 3) Creation and presentation of the pedagogical proposal, “Studying and Humanizing”. All this process allowed us to recognize that education must always have an integrating and transversal proposal that contemplates the acceptance of ethical and moral values in the different teaching areas, this linking educational personnel and families in order to achieve a joint goal, such as the to form respectful, supportive, tolerant children and adolescents who accept the difference, taking into account cooperative work as an educational strategy and, finally, the commitment of teachers to promote actions and spaces that contribute to strengthening the dimensions of their students is fundamental, and to reduce the social inequality gap.
