Sede Bogotá., ) Gomez Cortes, Dairo Ferney; Mancera Baquero, JennyferThe objective of this research work was to design an educational proposal that allows the strengthening of the affective ties of the girls and boys of the Foundation Solidarity Believing with their parents, caregivers or families, through play as the main factor for integral development and well-being. The method of this study is of a qualitative approach and type of educational action research, which uses as an instrument a questionnaire made to 10 parents of families in the rural area - village of Hatogrande in the municipality of Suesca - Cundinamarca, whose intention is to collect information, this in order to identify the different needs or problems of the community and have a reference to implement schools for parents through activities mediated by the game and contribute to guide and increase the emotional bonds. As a consequence of its application, it is evident that the parents do not play their active role and delegate upbringing and care to third parties due to the needs economics, the lack of communication and cultural patterns of his childhood where satisfaction prevails basic needs and there is a wrong idea of what it means to share as a family. For the Therefore, it is concluded that girls and boys do not share quality time with their parents and/or caregivers to strengthen affective bonds, which are necessary for the development integral of minors in its different dimensions; affective, social and cognitive, making necessary to design and generate a pedagogical proposal based on workshops for parents. Nevertheless, With the implementation of the same, it is intended to train, guide and live experiences that allow them to recognize the advantages and benefits that strengthening affective ties brings with it.
