Sede Bogotá., ) Collazos Osorno, Olga Lucía; Garzón Vargas, Elkín De Jesús; Sáchica Cepeda, Leidy CristinaOur intervention proposal began with the observation in the Educational Institution El Salvador, of students with difficulties in the four communicative skills: reading, writing, speaking and listening, which interfere in comprehensive reading, text production, analysis, criticism, the inference and the assimilation of concepts in the different areas. The low test results are also noted. A research question is drawn: How does the playful favors in the processes of reading and writing in the children of the fourth grade of the El Salvador Educational Institution San Martín Section? and a proposal of pedagogical intervention is planned with the playful one as didactic strategy. It is proposed as a general objective: Identify the incidence of play in the improvement of reading and writing processes in children of the fourth grade of primary school in El Salvador Educational Institution Section San Martin. The specific objectives: To define a pedagogical investigation with the strategy of the ludic one that improves the processes of reading and writing in the fourth degree of the Educational Institution El Salvador Section San Martín. Create playful learning environments with the application of the pedagogical intervention that transforms the readingwriting process in the students of the fourth grade of the El Salvador Educational Institution San Martín Section. In a pedagogical component, authors such as Vygotsky (1991) are cited that express that knowledge is the result of historical and social development, giving language an essential role. In the ludic component the concept of the playful term according to the dictionary of the philosophy of Ferrater (2001) is given as: The playful is essential in the formation and development of the human being. The pedagogy must not be separated from the playful in the acquisition of knowledge. The instruments used were direct observation, data collection in the field journals and surveys of students, parents and teachers, which served as inputs for the analysis and preparation of the results report. The pedagogical intervention proposal was implemented observing in the students joy, readiness for the proposed activities and improvements in reading, writing and communication.
