Sede Bogotá., ) Ortega Perdomo, Alba Mildred; Delgado Soto, Martha Lucia; Garzón Charry, Gloria María; Alonso González, Julián AndrésThis disciplinary intervention proposal was developed with the purpose of creating a ludic pedagogical strategy with the mediation of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT), to promote the proper management of solid waste in preschool students of the Jesús María Aguirre Charry Educational Institution, in the municipality of Aipe-Huila. This group of students is taken because they show an inadequate management of solid waste, which denotes a lack of environmental awareness. For this reason, the need to carry out the proposal called: Guardians of the planet is contemplated; through this proposal we seek to involve not only the students, but also teachers and parents of the children by means of some activities, reason for which a change is sought in relation to improving the attitude concerning the care and preservation of the environment. This research was done with a qualitative approach, with a type of action-research, aimed at achieving motivation in students so that they participate enthusiastically and actively in each dynamic that makes up the proposal. Initially, a diagnostic test was carried out to identify the knowledge that students have regarding recycling and environmental care. The conclusions determined that it is through an assertive proposal that a greater environmental awareness is achieved and a greater willingness and commitment on the part of the adults who are part of the proposal.
