After making the corresponding theoretical-conceptual journey, the aim is to design a proposal that allows the educational institution to promote spaces and situations that improve and strengthen the interpersonal relationships of Deaf and hearing students, opening up new events that will be aimed at strengthening the Self-esteem not only of Deaf students but of hearing students from the recognition of the skills and talents that each of them possess in the institution. The dissemination of the Colombian sign language cannot be ignored, a fundamental element in the meeting of two worlds (deaf and hearing) that, although different, share the same space.
