Sede Bogotá., ) García Muñoz, Beatriz Alejandra; Cuervo Gamboa, Luz MarinaThis project is proposed for the teachers of the Colegio Wesleyano del Norte, due to the need to strengthen the processes related to healthy coexistence in the institution, the appropriation of teachers against the manual has been taken as a starting point of coexistence of the school. It is necessary to make use of virtual educational resources to publicize the information in an accessible, clear and pleasant way due to the resistance that exists when inquiring and deepening on issues related to the coexistence manual. For the purposes of developing this educational proposal, the creation of a E-book that contains the necessary information to develop a series of four meetings to as a workshop, with the information corresponding to chapter I of the coexistence manual of the Northern Wesleyan College. Each of the lessons is presented through a virtual educational resource that allows its easy access and possibility of using it according to the training needs, for not need to be seen in an orderly or consistent manner. You will find topics related to the coexistence manual such as: Law 1620 2013, Institutional horizon, The institution and general principles. which are part of the chapter I focused on the social and academic objectives of the institution, which are of great importance when appropriating teachers.

Sede Bogotá., ) García Muñoz, Beatriz Alejandra; Gaviria Niño, Norma Patricia; Mendoza Moreno, KildermanThis research poses as a problem: How to strengthen the learning process of the curricular contents of the subject Health Information Systems? establishing as objective: to create a learning strategy, based on the UDL and mediated by an OVA, to strengthen the learning process of the curricular contents of the subject Health Information Systems, of the faculty of Administrative Sciences in the University Foundation Health Sciences (FUCS), in the city of Bogotá D.C; From theoretical bases of meaningful learning, learning strategies, UDL, OVA and Health Information Systems; A qualitative approach is used, of a propositional - transformative type, from action research, using techniques such as: Semi-structured interview, content analysis through MAXQDA software and ADDIE method, and data collection instruments such as: Syllabus relationship matrix, learning strategies, UDL and OVA, ExeLearnig program, survey and class diary; As a result it was obtained identification of cognitive learning strategies, metacognitive and resource management, creation and implementation of a learning strategy, strengthening of competencies know, be and do of the syllabus, internalization of the syllabus content, acquisition of digital competencies, strengthening and increase of learning outcomes of students; it is concluded that it is essential the quality of pedagogical practice, the construction of functional, close and binding teacher - student pedagogical relationships that promote learning, a communication that promotes clarity to the students' concerns, the strengthening of office and technological skills to be applied in Health Information Systems, in teachers and students, with the appropriation of the principles of UDL in the design and use of ICT resources for learning.
