The target population is located in the Pinipay rural sector of San Cayetano - Cundinamarca, where there is no possibility for it to acquire learning during the first years of life, this is due to the fact that there are no kindergartens or institutions in the sector. that offer three-grade preschool. Taking into account the importance of this stage of education, according to Le Boulch Lapierre and Aucouturier, who define as a fundamental basis in learning for the rest of life, that it is necessary for the boy and girl to learn to master their oculo-manual skills, acquire learning habits, body postures, attention, concentration, cognitive development, sociability, communication and their creativity and imagination that are an integral part of life, for which the importance of developing activities through painting that energize everyone can be detected their potentials and help them improve the progress of fine motor skills through playful-pedagogical and emotional activities.
