Sede Bogotá., ) Alonso Rivera, Libia Andrea; Gómez Palacios, Gustavo Adolfo; Cuervo Gamboa, Luz MarinaIt is common knowledge that Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) are gaining more and more strength in the different areas of human life, especially in education, in which they function as a stimulus for students; and, therefore, as a facilitator of the training processes of teachers, from the three constitutive actions of the teaching practice. However, one of the problems that is repeatedly evidenced in this area is rooted in the minimal development of technological and pedagogical skills by teachers, which in turn makes it difficult to achieve significant teaching-learning processes, as happens specifically in the Gustavo Uribe Ramírez Educational Institution. Hence, the quality of education in the current framework is subject to aspects such as educational innovation, which houses methodological and experimental changes focused on these technological tools. Therefore, through this study, it is proposed to strengthen the aforementioned skills in the primary teachers of said Institution through the design and implementation of teacher training. For which, the positivist paradigm, the quantitative approach and the quasi-experimental type of research were chosen, methodological elements that allowed the application of a series of surveys, through which it was not only possible to identify the initial state of the sample representative, but also, value the impact of the investigative intervention that is developed below, which, once completed, yielded a significant advance around the research problem, as shown a.
