The School Gardens project promotes the implementation of educational resources as a device for teaching the contents of Natural Sciences in the Public Management schools belonging to the Primary Level areas, taking into account account the importance of recovering in children and adolescents, the agricultural culture. The school garden is not centrally a unit of food production but a science teaching and learning space. It is valuable that the garden produce, but it is not the central objective. In this sense, students can learn how to carry out the work in the garden, but it is not the main purpose of the teacher that their students acquire this specific technical training.
