Sede Bogotá., ) Espinosa Martínez, Jhon Fredy; Forero Almanza, Mary Elvia; Hoyos Guerrero, María Nathaly; Gómez Villamizar, CatalinaThe issue of school coexistence is of the utmost importance in educational institutions since it influences adequate social interactions and student learning, generating an impact on the social environment of families. In the context of headquarters B of the Ciudadela Sucre Educational Institution in the municipality of Soacha - Cundinamarca, numerous conflicts evidenced in physical and verbal abuse, threats, insults, mockery, rejection, among others, are constantly identified; mainly among female high school students. From this problem, the present investigation arises whose general objective aims to conduct an analysis of the phenomenon of intra-gender school violence with the purpose of outlining future strategies and actions headed for sorority that strengthen school coexistence in the institution. For this exploratory study, a mixed research approach was used, in which a closed questionnaire was initially implemented in a sample of 128 female adolescent students, which allowed the socio-demographic characterization of the students participating in the study, as well as the identification of the situations of coexistence that have generated greater intra-gender conflict in the institution. Subsequently, the semi-structured interview instrument was applied to 3 students, with which a larger approach to the phenomenon of school violence between women that occurs in the institution was achieved. Based on the analysis of the data collected, the phenomenon of harassment or intra-gender bullying was corroborated repeatedly and under various manifestations and nuances. Among the conclusions and recommendations that the investigation produced there is one that stands out; it is the importance of the need to develop sisterhood among female students. From there, a framework for future actions was finally outlined that from now on could contribute to generating sisterhood strategies that allow a strengthening of healthy school coexistence within this and other educational institutions.

Sede Bogotá., ) Forero Almanza, Mary Elvia; Sáchica Cepeda, Leidy CristinaThe project of disciplinary intervention: The Plastic Arts as a pedagogical tool that favors the expressive capacity of students with disabilities, in Headquarters B of the Educational Institution Ciudadela Sucre of Soacha, stems from the difficulty evidenced in the 25 students of the headquarters , diagnosed with some type of physical or cognitive disability, to develop adequate communication and socialization processes, in their school and family context, which generates in them, feelings of low self-esteem, insecurity and withdrawal social. The general objective of this proposal is to develop a playful artistic strategy that improves the communication and expression skills of this group of students and, at the same time, helps to mitigate the isolation and discrimination to which they are subjected in many cases. For this, is proposed the intervention strategy: Exploring and creating I am going socializing, which is presented to be carried out in six phases, focusing on the Plastic Arts as a fundamental tool not only to develop and potentiate technical skills and talents, It also greatly favors communication processes and the domain of the expression of the person. In this way, it is expected to contribute in a sensitive way in the acceptance and integration processes of students with disabilities with the other members of their community and thus improve their quality of life.
