- ÍtemDiseño preliminar de un sistema par la medición de carga útil en las aeronaves MI-17 seriesFernández Valencia, Sebastián; Rodríguez Pérez, Karem Daniela; Silva Coronado, David LeonardoThe weight and balance of the aircraft is an essential factor when flying, since this guarantees operational safety and in the facet of design determines what type this will be, that is, if it is cargo, passengers, firefighter among others, that is why knowing the payload of aircraft is important since it influences the maximum takeoff and landing weight which makes it efficient. Therefore, for the National Army of Colombia it is important to stay within the operational limits and save time between missions according to the use given to MI-17 series helicopters such as: evacuation and humanitarian support, search and rescue, so that it was created a system that measured this load is entered through a platform and sensors scattered along its surface taking into account the various factors to which it will be exposed such as corrosion due to chemical agents, blood, water, gas, among others and structural deformations by such load entered, troop travel over it, etc. Therefore, it could be concluded that this system allows a wider and more effective mass measurement due to the calibration that the different sensors have and all the armor that forms it, such calibration was established by means of the code developed in the C ++ language and the visualization of such moderation was observed by the LCD. Finally, it was analyzed that this method quantifies the value of the mass and throws it in such a way that a procedure is not needed to continue it, but it is perfect for making decisions when flying.
- ÍtemPropuesta de implementación de drones en el instituto de desarrollo urbano para el levantamiento de información topográfica de sitios inestables(Fundación Universitaria Los Libertadores. Sede Bogotá., ) Torres Esquivel, Carlos Augusto; Fernández Valencia, SebastiánThis document presents a literature review on the use of drones for the surveying of topographic information in unstable sites in Bogotá, and proposes a detailed methodology for its implementation within the Institute of Urban Development. Unstable sites pose a significant challenge for engineers and urban planners, as accurate characterization of the topography is crucial to understanding geomorphological processes and making informed decisions regarding infrastructure planning and design. The literature review included an analysis of various studies and projects related to the application of drones in topographic surveying. It was found that drones offer numerous advantages for this purpose, such as the ability to access hard-to-reach areas and capture topographic data with high spatial resolution. Additionally, the benefits of using image processing techniques and photogrammetry were highlighted, enabling the generation of digital elevation models and orthophotos from images captured by the drones. These models provide a detailed three-dimensional representation of the terrain, facilitating analysis and interpretation of the topographic data. Some challenges and limitations associated with the use of drones in topographic surveying of unstable sites were also discussed, including adverse weather conditions, flight autonomy, and result accuracy. However, it was concluded that drones are a promising and effective tool for obtaining accurate topographic information in unstable areas of Bogotá, despite the associated challenges.
