Sede Bogotá., ) Escorcia Medina, Juan David; Aguirre Gaviria, Victor Hugo; Diosa García., AlejandroThis proposal is focused on the use of ludic strategies as a pedagogical proposal mediated by ICT to improve literacy processes in seventh grade students, where one of its objectives is to awaken empathy for literacy in this specific group, counting on some very valuable tools, these are play and Information and Communication Technologies, ICT, allowing students to take a taste for reading and writing. ICT and play are, so to speak, the tools that achieve in students the motivation they need to carry out pleasant and dynamic learning, which is adapted to the needs of each of them, turning these tools into the fundamental pillars for the development of the project, allowing the participation of the students to have been more active, helping in turn in the teaching work of the teachers. The proposal was well received by the seventh grade students, where the participation was active. Thus it is demonstrated the urgent need to use as a learning mechanism pedagogical recreational activities mediated by ICT to start them up in the shortest possible time, since with the use of them greater attention and interest of the students was obtained to achieve the improvement of the literacy process.

Sede Bogotá., ) Aguirre Gaviria, Víctor Hugo; Escorcia Medina, Juan David; Muñoz Viafara, Geidy Sugeis; Bernal Villamarin, Sindey CarolinaReading has been the subject of constant study due to its enormous social relevance, since as it is ventured into it, it enables people to face their daily challenges. Being a fundamental instrument of the training and educational process of human beings, it constitutes a tool to access knowledge and the acquisition of new knowledge, with the capacity to favor the cultural and integral development of individuals, motivate and activate their imagination. Thus, from a research and teaching perspective, the objective arises to strengthen reading skills, fluency and comprehension in students in grades 4 and 5 of primary school at the Rosa Lía Mafla educational institution, Manuel María Villegas, in the municipality of Jamundí-Valle. from Cauca. Methodologically, it is a qualitative research work, with a view to putting the inductive method into practice, framed within an actionresearch design, with a constructivist perspective, where the academic evolution of the students is carried out by medium of skills, carried out on a population of 40 students from the 4th and 5th grades of primary school, belonging to the aforementioned educational institution, with ages ranging between 9 and 12 years. In it, the diagnostic test, the survey and the participant observation were used as information collection instruments, with a view to designing and implementing a didactic strategy that articulated the web 2.0 tools and the reading skills, fluency and comprehension, to finally identify the impact that this had in the cognitive abilities of the participants, being able to conclude that the didactic strategy: "The Gamified Resource, had a positive impact on the level of fluency and reading comprehension of the students who made up the sample, thus conforming, an investigation that responded clearly and precisely in terms of academic and educational excellence to improve educational quality, cognitive preparation and comprehensive training of Colombian children.
