Sede Bogotá., ) Erazo Ortega, Rocío; Martínez Rodríguez, Luis AlejandroThe main objective of this research is to improve school coexistence by reducing the aggressive behavior of students that is proposed to improve aggressive behavior and strengthen the teaching-learning process in first grade students, based on the pedagogical playful practice that allows encourage learning, here play plays a key role in the training process. The educational observation allowed her to be sensitized so that she accepts the importance of new pedagogical practices. In the proposal to analyze how playfulness as a pedagogical strategy improves the aggressive behavior of students. The method for the development of the study is qualitative with a type of action research and the sample is made up of 25 first grade students. From the methodological foundations, a structured interview was designed for students and parents, who inquire about behavior at school before the pandemic and what it would be like after returning to class. It was found that 50% of the sample show bad behavior at school, parents are influenced by bad interfamily relationships in the presence of children and in the case of children, bad words, pushing, standing up, throwing objects , assault.
