Sede Bogotá., ) Forero Bedoya, Yenny Paola; Martínez Sánchez, Yeiny Milena; García Rodríguez, Óscar Hernán; Elles Barraza, Nidis Eliana; Diosa García, AlejandroThis research is very useful to carry out the proposal for the construction of the coexistence pact for children between 4 and 5 years of age at the Child Development Center "Caritas Felices 3 de Riohacha -Guajira". For the development of this research, a mixed approach was applied because the findings found allowed us to categorize different reflections about a culture of peace, coexistence and conglict management in the focus group with the children and the interviews with the participating teachers. Furthermore, it was a type of proactive descriptive research since, it demonstrated a reality from the analysis of its components, it was proactive because it was possible to build a methodological proposal, obtaining as a result the importance of pedagogical strategies as a scenario of coexistence and good relations in the classroom. As a result of this research, it was necessary ask parents to foster and strengthen good attitudes and values from home for them to be present in children's lives. The latter, taking into account that the family is primarily responsible for a good education of boys and girls. In conclusion, the education of the family in this aspects is required, so that an optimal environment of coexistence will be perceived, a better interaction between parents and children in a context of upbringing, routines, cultural activities and development, as well as the implementation of strategies prevention against violence and conflict from an early age.
