- ÍtemConflicto escolar y prácticas restaurativas en estudiantes de grado octavo de la I.E Seminario de Cartagena(Fundación Universitaria Los Libertadores. Sede Bogotá., ) Cadena Rodríguez, Heidy Juliet; Valiente Lorduy, Aurelis; Durán Rodríguez, Juan ManuelThis monographic text is the result of research on restorative practices as an alternative for resolving school conflicts. The limited resources available to students when it comes to resolving school conflicts are evident, and by incorporating restorative practices, interpersonal relationships can be improved, thus enhancing school dynamics. Restorative practices are approached as a pedagogical strategy that provides alternatives for students to assume co responsibility in resolving school conflicts, using options other than aggression. The study focuses on eighth-grade students at Seminario de Cartagena School, located in the city of Cartagena, Colombia. To address the proposal, the pedagogical exercise "School Conflict and Restorative Practices" was implemented in three phases: pre-knowledge, conceptualization, and learning. It began with the presentation of a hypothetical case, followed by an analysis by the students. Restorative practices were then introduced as an alternative for conflict resolution, and finally, the students were asked to propose new alternatives for conflict resolution based on what they had learned. The results demonstrate a change in perspective regarding conflict resolution, incorporating elements such as dialogue, empathy, assertiveness, and restoration, indicating a high degree of involvement and co-responsibility in conflict management. It is concluded that the strategy positively impacted the conception and resolution of school conflicts, contributing to the improvement of school coexistence.

- ÍtemEnseñanza en aulas multigrados, una mirada desde la práctica reflexiva de las docentes(Fundación Universitaria Los Libertadores. Sede Bogotá., ) Alvarado Rubiano, Ana Milena; Barragán García, Julia Amparo; Pérez Castellón, Ibis; Durán Rodríguez, Juan ManuelWithin the rural environment of Colombia, we find different paths in which a marked difficulty is observed in terms of access to education, children located in these areas only have the possibility of training in unitary schools, where a teacher attends students of different ages and grades, from the preschool and basic primary levels, however, taking into account that the number of students is often not enough to serve them in specific groups, the multigrade classroom strategy is generated. There is a tendency from the field of education to give little importance or value to the work carried out by teachers who work in a multigrade classroom, this may be due to the fact that the reality of working in such a complex context is unknown and heterogeneous like this, this research offers the possibility of contemplating a look from within the context of multigrade classrooms, promoting a reflection that first involves the researchers to later reach the readers, it is here where the educational ethnography approach gains value. , through which, as a beautiful story, the day to day and the most significant experiences of the multigrade classroom are narrated for an approach to the reality that transforms the vision of the readers. This work aims to show in a simple but significant way that education becomes possible for children in rural areas only thanks to multigrade classrooms and the work of brave teachers who, in addition to teaching, have the privilege of training, of educating, but above all to love, giving way to an integral formation, a formation from and for life.

- ÍtemHabilidades sociales y juego: Diseño de una estrategia pedagógica a través del uso de juegos al interior de un aula heterogénea en el IED Tanacuta(Fundación Universitaria Los Libertadores. Sede Bogotá., ) Olejua Niño, Neila Maryuri; Figueroa Huertas, Liseth; Urian Jerez, Luis Miguel; Durán Rodríguez, Juan ManuelThe following research is carried out with reference to the Nueva Tanacuta School belonging to the Jurado Educational Institution in the municipality of Cerrito, department of Santander, located 50 kilometers from the urban center, where education is provided in a heterogeneous, multigrade classroom with 4 students between the ages of 4 and 12. In the classroom it is evident that the students present difficulties in the development of social skills, specifically in conversational skills and skills related to feelings and emotions. Due to the aforementioned, the construction of a pedagogical strategy is initiated, which aims to answer the question: How to develop social skills in students of the Tanacuta Rural School through games? In order to improve the social skills of the students, the research starts from observation, in which the importance of designing a pedagogical strategy is determined. For the creation of the strategy, social skills are classified according to Monjas (1993) such as: basic social interaction skills, ability to make friends, conversational skills, skills related to feelings and emotions, skills to relate to adults, and skills to face and solve interpersonal problems. As a result, the booklet "Playing helps you progress" was designed and developed for an educational context. Four skills were selected and developed in five topics, which are divided into an introduction to the topic, awareness, pedagogical conceptualization, game development, feedback and finally an evaluation. It is intended that when applied, it will contribute to the strengthening of autonomy.
