- ÍtemEl grafiti, vehículo de comunicación popular en medio de coyunturas sociales -políticas y sus manifestaciones en la: Carrera Séptima De Bogotá(Fundación Universitaria Los Libertadores. Sede Bogotá., ) Duque Buitrago, Jorge Armando;; Sánchez Zárate, Pedro UrielThe research aims to demonstrate as negative social factors, such as the lack of opportunities to access higher education; Politicians such as health reform and economic, such as the low increase in the minimum wage, imply the inhabitants of Bogotá to use other means of communication to send their messages on these issues. To put the development of the topic in context, a tour of the different communication theories was carried out, mainly on the sections that give rise to explanations that contradict the definition of popular communication. In search of the relationship of free expression and human rights, the reader identified a brief description of human rights in Colombia and the world; which aims to present arguments that show the importance of being under behavioral norms that watch over the common good, especially when talking about communicating a message through non-specific means, such as graffiti. Theories of communication demarcate conjectures and postulations through the contents, as opposed to a mass that receives or rejects information. Functionalist theory, for example, highlights the importance of receptors and their reaction to receiving information; in this communicative process a new concept called "masses" will begin to appear; ordinary people who integrate into society and resort to making autonomous decisions. The integration of the masses is interpreted as dangerous by some sectors of society.
