- ÍtemRelación entre la aptitud de uso del suelo para la producción de aguacate y las áreas de la producción actual.(Fundación Universitaria Los Libertadores. Sede Bogotá., ) David Alejandro Jamaica Tenjo; Santana Alfonso, Adrian AlbertoIn Colombia, avocado cultivation has increased its production areas in recent years, due to to the increase in consumption worldwide and the export capacity that Colombia has. However, these new areas must be established in the most suitable places. The UPRA, the rural planning unit agriculture, has produced a 1:100,000 scale map, which specifies the most suitable areas for production of this crop, taking into account edaphoclimatic and socioeconomic variables. These dates of aptitude were compared with the data of agricultural production, at the departmental and municipal level with the EVAs agricultural evaluations of the year 2010 and 2020 through analysis of main components, in order to establish these relationships between variables, giving as a result that in general, in Colombia, the areas of growth are taking place in areas of high aptitude, however, there are also new areas in municipalities with important legal exclusion zones. This would result in a conflict over land use, so should delve into the relationships between the growth of agricultural areas and the aptitude for land use, especially all at the departmental or even municipal level
