Sede Bogotá., ) Díaz Ojeda, Carlos Orlando; Hernández Riaño, Yesid ManuelThe present disciplinary intervention proposal tries to answer the question: What pedagogical strategy can encourage the English speaking skill in the seventh grade students of the IED Rural El Vino? and its objective is to design and apply a ludic pedagogical strategy to encourage the English speaking ability in this group of students. For this purpose, the virtual conversation club "Speaking Titans" was designed, which is conceived as a strategy that promotes spaces for carrying out ludic-communicative activities on the video call platform Meet and it is supported by a blog on the platform Blogspot in which students have access to a variety of activities and materials that prepare them for their participation in the conversation club. This project is framed in a qualitative approach and the type of research adopted is action research since it allows us to observe a problem, describe it and try to find solutions and implement actions to change and improve it. The instruments used for data collection were the survey, participant observation reported in field journals, and the focus group interview.
