The school garden was created as a strategy for the development of environmental education oriented to the use and exploitation of the land with 24 third grade students and five teachers, in addition, As a pedagogical strategy, it contributed to the development of skills in terms of agricultural cultivation, production vegetables, the importance of cooperative work, training in essential values and attitudes in the development of habits for care and environmental responsibility. For this, the methodology of Problem-Based Learning, applied in three phases: diagnosis, implementation and evaluation. based on this found that most of the students recognize that through this they can work the different class topics and acquire better learning; which shows that the garden, as a teaching strategy learning is positive because it allows learning from practice, in all areas of knowledge.
