Sede Bogotá., ) Cristancho Riveros, Yenith Viviana; Lozano Arias, Angélica; Chitiva Rodríguez, Darío AlexanderThe project of pedagogical intervention arises from the concern of the researchers because of the low result of the tests to know in the area of fifth grade language of the Educational Institution Eduardo Umaña Luna of the city of Bogota. After an investigation through surveys, reading and observation diagnoses, difficulties in the processes and reading habits of the students were evidenced, reason why a proposal of intervention was created that improves the understanding and habits of reading from the playful. The project proposes five fun activities to improve the reading comprehension of fifth graders making this reader habit a fun, enjoyable and necessary experience for the acquisition of knowledge and that fosters the development of skills such as concentration, creativity and imagination ; in addition it is hoped to improve the result of the test to know of language and the academic performance of the boy and girl in the institution; involving the family as an essential part of this learning process.
