Sede Bogotá., ) Cortés Rocha, Rubiela; Sánchez Rojas, César AugustoOur present is synonymous with change, important changes however, this concept is not evidence in the same way in the academic field, it is so from a new perspective, we decided to rethink these conventional methodologies where inevitably arises the need to develop a playful teaching program that optimize the processes of education and consolidate the integral formation of students, in the specific case of this work the people in adulthood that are formed in the field of the private security. It is so from a research of qualitative approach inscribed in the constructive stream and from an interdisciplinary line of institutional research in pedagogy, media and mediations we permit ourselves to create a so-called educational proposal TRASCEND where the main protagonist is creativity within the framework of the playful, giving us the opportunity to centralize us in the teaching staff of the institution, since they are managers in the construction of knowledge in the very moment of enter in the classroom, stay and share with your students, where playful activity more than um game highlight emotionality as a fundamental resource to connect with what we are learning. For this proposal forms an analogy between two services which turn out to be indispensable for “forward where we want to arrive”, such as, transport service and the service of pedagogy, considering the idea of taking the current mass transportation system TransMilenio implement in Bogotá as a structure for the proposed intervention in the security Colombo Latina Academy, announcing new transportation routers such as the stages of intervention for users or passengers, in this case, teachers of the institution. The proposal consists of four times, the first where we identified the starting point where are carried on “the feeder bus” (sensitization and awareness), a second time (evaluation, monitoring and control), a third time (management) and a fourth time (training) to reach the “portal” or target which had plotted. (Playful teaching program), allowing us to open as well new scenarios from new educational thoughts between teachers of the institution.
