- ÍtemFortaleciendo la expresión oral de los estudiantes del Grado 4 de la Institución Educativa Ciudad De Tunja Sede Escilda Medina Pacheco de la ciudad de CartagenaCorrea Sequea, Sulay Gregoria; Rodríguez Pérez, María VictoriaOral language is not the only way to communicate by human beings, but it is the one they use most frequently. A considerable number of the population writes, but the number of people who use oral language to communicate is much higher (except those with some pathology). It is a very common action to be interacting with others, because we are social beings. We are always in communication with our relatives, fellow students, workmates; transmitting our ideas or thoughts to them through small or long conversations. From a very young age, communication skills must be developed in the child, which help him to function in a context, which demands every day the relationships that link one with another for the rest of his life. Therefore, it is necessary that each day improve the way we express ourselves in front of others, so that our ideas and thoughts are expressed clearly and precisely and that they are understood and understood, achieving the objective of communication. This proposal has as reference the following investigations: "Play and Its Incidence on Reading and Writing in Fourth Grade Children of the El Salvador Educational Institution, San Martín Medellin Section". Prepared by students Olga Lucia Gollazos Osorno and Elkin de Jesús Garzón Vargas (2018). And "Play as a Pedagogical Strategy for Strengthening Oral Expression" its author Cesar Augusto Rodríguez Fuentes (2017). Concepts were taken from theorists Lev Vygotsky; with his sociocultural theory, Karl Groos with his evolutionary instrumentalist theory of the game and Huizinga with the cooperative game, to give strength to the proposal. Taking into account the data analysis, this research has a qualitative approach and a methodological design that follows the line of research-action, developing an inquiry process to provide a possible solution to the problem. It can be concluded that through excellent planning, organization, mastery of the curriculum and implementation of strategies, teachers who are fully committed to the teaching and learning process can improve and strengthen oral expression in our children to fundamental their interlocutions. and regenerate self-confidence.
