Today, environmental education is a process that seeks to train and raise awareness to all human beings with their environment, being responsible for its use and maintenance; taking into account the law 99 of 1993 that created the Ministry of the environment and the national environmental system SINA, in its article 5, are created plans and educational programs and the curriculum that at various levels of education is carried out in relation to the medi or room, in this sense should be encouraged that people adopt lifestyles that are compatible with the acquired sustainability, through proper exploration, exploitation, utilization, and management of natural resources especially water.
