Of panela. That is why it is necessary to implement strategies that help motivate the paneleros and the community of the Municipality of Santana, to carry out concrete actions that allow reducing environmental problems, carrying out activities to raise awareness of the proper use of polluting agents, in which use pedagogical strategies. The management of pollutants is the biggest problem facing the world today. However, such management would be much more practical and less harmful to the environment if it begins by changing the traditional management attitude, by creating a new environmental culture to solve this problem. Therefore, we embarked on this research project showing actions from sugar mills and educational institutions to promote changes in the treatment of waste from the sugar mill centers. In this theoretical and practical research project we find enough information to put into practice guidelines for the optimal management and use of solid waste so that workers and panela producers apply them in their daily activities and can be a means of generating economic income and also our purpose is to seek simple and direct actions that provide a concrete answer to reduce them at their source.

From the above it is considered opportune to create a strategy that motivates teachers to venture into the world of ICT.

Antonio Ricaurte de Santana-Boyacá-Boyacá is proposed. Antonio Ricaurte de Santana-Boyacá. In this group in particular, several difficulties are evidenced when performing activities that require the use of writing, among which are observed the bad posture when writing, an inadequate grip of the pencil, not following the continuity in the line of the line in the notebook, among others. It is also necessary to say that there is a notable lack of interest and apathy in participating in the dynamics carried out in the classroom. According to the above, an approach is required that includes various activities, which are part of the proposal called: The art of writing, a motor progress. This research work is based on the qualitative approach, with the action-research method, using the techniques of participant observation and the analysis log. The activities carried out became an assertive intervention that allowed capturing the attention and motivation of the students, thus stimulating in them an unusual interest in participating in the process to strengthen writing to obtain favorable results in their academic performance.
