Games, ludic and theater are effective, creative and fun strategies to achieve that. Starting off the question ¿how to contribute to the strengthening of public speaking verbal and nonverbal competences in eleventh grade students of the Institution Educative Santa Fe in Cali? an artistic workshop that seeks to reinforce communicative competences in public speaking is designed. With a participant observation inscribed in human and social sciences lines of intervention concerning to evaluation, learning and teaching, the workshop enables collaborative learning practices, routine changes, free expression promotion and representation, respecting altogether the physic, social and ecological environments. An intensive artistic and theatrical workshop with games, activities and staging’s creates habits, constancy, resilience and self-esteem giving also basic and practical learning competences. It is supported in a freeing pedagogy with a ludic, artistic and creative methodology that makes possible the observation, expression, representation and projection of reason and emotion based on the learning community’s action and collaborative work. It starts from a diagnosis with an interview. To carry out an intensive workshop and an artistic representation in the form of staging make visible the development process alongside a qualitative and permanent evaluation. The final interview shows the scope of the intervention process in the classroom.
