Sede Bogotá., ) Escobar Paz, Clara Inés; Carabalí, Ludís Fory; Carabalí Mosquera, Uldanurht; Rodríguez Cardoso, Óscar IvánThe ancestral game is a learning strategy that leads students and teachers to get involved in playful and innovative aspects, which provide benefits on the one hand in the understanding and good level of academic performance and on the other hand, in the ease of delivering knowledge, increasing their experience in the inclusion of learning strategies, achieving the foundation of life projects in students. By means of a descriptive analysis with a mixed approach and using tools such as a test before and after the implementation of the didactic sequence, and the field diary, 47 fifth grade students of the Simón Bolívar Commercial Technical Educational Institution - IETCSB were taken to practice the Reelanza game to increase knowledge in addition with natural numbers, obtaining a favorable result in the subsequent tests and noticing in the students and teacher interest aimed at consolidating learning and strengthening their academic performance in this and other areas of knowledge.
