Deforestation historically in Colombia has been a problem from the rural area, since our peasants in their traditional crops and some for decades forced to cultivate coca, have presented different problems that have been aggravating in society and in the same way for the governments, which despite their efforts have not been able to give it absolute control over this scourge. Deforestation represents great negative effects for the environment, among them we can find the loss of habitats and ecosystems which generates a great impact on natural resources and its conservation.
