In the first place, it inquires about a current problem that requires a specific action to improve reading comprehension in high school students, reason why which seeks to generate processes, for a better understanding of texts through strategies playful Immediately afterwards, the intervention project is started based on the need to create critical readers and capable of providing everything learned to a real society, bearing in mind reading comprehension processes at different levels; for which strategies are designed playful activities that awaken students' interest in reading and comprehension. This proposal is aimed at high school youth between 12 and 15 years old, a method was implemented action research with emphasis on three phases or stages (identify, design and implement). The The instruments used provided assertive information for the project, and began with the application of ludic strategies in the intervention process. It is important to note that the time estimated for the educational intervention is approximately nine months. As a closure of this educational intervention project, playful strategies are implemented by the students who managed to transform the texts read into scripts, musicals, dramas and textual productions, making use of the reading levels according to their grade and strengthening your understanding.
