Sede Bogotá., ) Cabezas Cedeño, Faiber; Alonso Gonzalez, Julian AndresIn this intervention proposal, we will work from the need to integrate the families and caregivers of the sixth grade students of the I.E Campo Alegre, in the process training through the implementation of a strategy that involves the playful component, as an alternative method for learning experiences to develop in a way pleasant, also allows to strengthen affective ties, establish a more assertive and minimize school dropout from the educational institution. The regulations that the national government has established through the Ministry of Education to call on parents to be part of the educational process and integrate into the process actively and responsibly. This proposal includes the development of playful-pedagogical workshops aimed at fathers, mothers of family, caregivers and students, in order to generate a better teaching environment and learning in the educational process of the institution, and that is an example to be followed by others educational institutions. In some workshops it is intended to have interdisciplinary support according to the topics proposed. Monitoring and evaluation will be carried out permanently through instruments designed for this purpose. In the final stage of the proposal, in a space that will be opened for reflection and sharing of experiences, the families will present the evidence of the workshops developed during the intercession process
