Sede Bogotá., ) Córdoba Murillo, Wilken; Rodríguez Celis, Harold Germán; Marroquín Ciendúa, PaolaA study with a qualitative approach with a descriptive design was developed in order to find relevant information that would allow us to understand how the transversality of inclusión is manifested in the field of student diversity of the school and the teaching community, in the administrative body, as well as in the structure of current policies and regulations that characterize the institution. To determine the emerging categories of the object of study from the transversal axes that support the educational organization, analysis tools were used, such as direct participatory observation of the class, discourse analysis of the educational community, interpretation of the content of the micro and meso curriculum articulated with the public policy of the national government, in addition to the in-depth interview applied to the study population. The interpretation and analysis of the collected information was carried out using the Grounded Theory of Glasser and Strauss.
