Explains the importance of emotions, empathy and emotional self-regulation from early childhood and the significant advances in experiential processes that occur with learning environments. The research was carried out within a qualitative approach, a participatory action research methodology, which will benefit us to obtain information through observation and in accounts with the parents, obtain timely information to carry out the analysis and reach clear conclusions. We want to realize that Emotional regulation in early childhood is fundamental for the recognition, development, management and expression of emotions, taking Bisquerra (2003) as a reference, Emotions can be built and worked through practices and games, promoting in the child the ability to recognize their own emotions and as self-regulating, taking into account that emotions are the basis of subjective well-being. The research is carried out in a Nebraska Social Garden in Bogotá, with 50 boys and girls from 4 to 5 years of age who meet the characteristics of the sample, which were observed before and after the pedagogical proposal.
