Sede Bogotá., ) Bogotá Gómez, Alison Dayana; Olmos Sanabria, Andrea del PilarThe present research work "Art as a teaching strategy in the reading and writing processes in children of the transition grade of Paola Isabel kindergarten" is a project thinking about the well-being of children from 5 to 6 years old, especially those children of the transition grade of the Paola Isabel nursery school, is a project that aims at the transformation of traditional literacy instruction as it used to be used previously, generating strategies through a pedagogical proposal that encourage and influence children's literacy learning. It is a project that seeks to generate an impact in the transformation of literacy teaching, since it is a process that is difficult to guide children and that is usually the least they like, under this premise arises the interest of generating strategies through art so that the literacy processes are pleasant and delightful to learn because it is known that art is of vital importance for comprehensive development in early childhood, allowing children and girls to potentiate their skills and creative abilities in all areas where they are unwrap the child.
