Sede Bogotá., ) Camargo Serrano, Caren Mirella; Méndez Jiménez, Jennifer Mercedes; Bello Ariza, Julie Tatiana; Niño Murcia, Olga SoledadIt is considered that school coexistence is a relevant issue in educational institutions generating an impact on the social environment and influencing adequate social interactions and learning, therefore, this research: "Strengthening Interpersonal Intelligence to improve school Coexistence" , the objective is to strengthen the interpersonal intelligence of third-grade students of the institution and improve school coexistence. The sample is made up of 22 students from grade 301 of the Manuela Ayala de Gaitan Institution in the municipality of Facatativá, where aggressive behaviors were evident, especially verbal, given the difficulty of using and expressing basic skills and respect for the other. The research with a mixed approach addressed the IAE educational action research. As instruments, interviews, questionnaires, student observer were used to identify the existence or lack of basic social skills and respect, from which it was obtained as a result that among the sample there is a frequent use of these socio-emotional competences, however it was necessary to work in some of them, which gave a starting point to the design of a pedagogical proposal where didactic workshops were generated with their respective rubrics so that the previously proposed objective could be fulfilled. Taking into account the above, it is necessary to recognize that interpersonal intelligence is a fundamental axis in healthy school coexistence, that different activities focused on basic social skills in the school context can generate changes in students academically and convivially and that it is essential to support from the family nucleus to deepen this strengthening.

Therefore, the stage of adolescence is a starting point to cultivate this knowledge and for this reason it is raised in this proposal from the applicability of playful strategies that allow to be approached from a theoretical perspective of modern learning, making use of the virtuality as a tool and a confrontation of the reality in time of confinement; the design of the strategies are drawn taking into account the parameters of gamification, strengthening the emotional intelligence through three pillars such as the identification of emotions, their function and respective management within the process of their psycho-affective development, using as input of work the experiences of adolescents, who, in the moment of feeling recognized, participated actively, generating self-knowledge of themselves and their environment.
