Has been created scenarios in which there is a tourist offer dedicated to the practice of tourism around the world, giving way to the internationalization of the sexual-tourism market towards the end of the 20th century and the beginning of the 21st century (Gallego et al., 2015), being Colombia one of the countries with the highest consumption of these services by foreigners. Understand sex tourism as a practice that is intended not to admit its existence for many of the institutions involved in the development of tourist activities but that is present within the most important tourism committees that meet and they recognize the importance of their existence and the great efforts they need to tourism networks are not used for the exploitation of the prostitution of others. Such is the case of the world ethical code of tourism that takes into account the Resolution of the XI UNWTO General Assembly (Cairo) on the prevention of sex tourism organized, held on October 22, 1995, among many other pacts, declarations, conventions and resolutions, this in order to affirm the right to tourism and freedom of tourism displacement based on the enactment of a world tourism order equitable, responsible and sustainable.
