Anzola, (2009); Deal, T. and Kennedy, A. (2000), Chiavenato, (2002), define it as something that is shared among its members and that is characteristic of the organization, which distinguishes it from others and could even be said to be the organization itself, for what it is necessary to consider, to maintain a flexible culture in the organizations, which facilitates the adaptation to the permanent social, economic and technological changes that are lived in the current world, due to globalization. All this and taking into account that the organizational culture, plays an important role within an organization, the present study, of quantitative type, is developed through a descriptive investigation, since the information obtained through the analysis of the problem, reflects the Current situation of the company, where the human talent of the company was used as a source of information, using the McKinsey 7's model, which was created in the early 80s by Tom Peters and Robert Waterman, two consultants from McKinsey, and whose main characteristic is that seven (7) internal aspects in an organization that need to be aligned to be successful are considered.
