Sede Bogotá., ) Álvarez Palomino, Sandra; Arias Escobar, Rodrigo Alfonso; Rodríguez Pérez, María VictoriaThe main objective of this research is to reveal the level of Spiritual Intelligence IE. presented by 2nd grade students of the Jorge Isaacs "El Placer" Cerrito - Valle del Cauca Educational Institution in order to propose a pedagogical proposal mediated by ICT that allows its consolidation. The work has investigative, social and educational relevance because it is oriented to a dual ethical-formative sense. The methodology is qualitative, and is framed within the parameters of the Educational Action Research - IAE from the perspective of Suarez cited by Colmenares et al., (2008), in order to identify the interests of the students. Information collection was carried out through the application of techniques such as participant observation, through field diaries and semi-structured interviews with the students. Thus, in the diagnostic phase, it was identified that few students consider that it is bad to bully others, those who perform these acts normalize it considering that they do it to bother. In the same way, when inquiring about the environment that surrounds them, most do not feel comfortable in the environment in which they live. Students mentioned that people with limitations cannot develop and that neither people nor animals can change. In response to these interests and needs, it was possible to propose a didactic strategy mediated by ICT that led to the construction of a blog "Spiritual Intelligence Educational Support" and, from there, to the development of a blog, with allusion and purpose of strengthening Spiritual Intelligence, which drives and motivates to achieve the proposed objectives. Taking as theoretical references; learning, resilience and spirituality. Second, the understanding of the concept of spiritual intelligence and its relationship in the educational process from ethics was carried out.
