Sede Bogotá., ) Albarracin Fernández., Luz Mery; Albarracín Fernández, Orfa Esther; Vargas Fuentes, Nelly Yanneth; Guerrero Elizabeth, RengifoAll reading needs to be coded to understand the message and this knowledge is what allows you to acquire the knowledge of all information. The objective of the research sought to strengthen the reading comprehension of the students of 3rd and 5th grade of the López Quevedo Educational Institution of Jericó, Boyacá headquarters Bácota and Tapias through a didactic strategy. We used the qualitative approach and collected information through a survey, entry and exit test and field diary. A proposal was created as a strategy based on a digital booklet based on ten activities using some techniques of Gianni Rodari and Mabel Condemarín which supported motivation, creativity and understanding of the writings. Once the intervention proposal was developed, it was concluded that the literal level supported the achievement of the construction of inferences, hypotheses and deductions to discern and specify conclusions, at the critical level it was characterized by reasoning, analyzing and interpreting articulating their previous knowledge. It is important to continue with the strategy since there are still difficulties in estimating from a value of its own the meanings and knowledge that the readings have inside.
