- ÍtemMontaje de un sistema de inyección controlado por electroválvulas e implementación del sistema extintor de incendios en un banco de pruebas para lavado de inyectores(Fundación Universitaria Los Libertadores. Sede Bogotá., ) Abarka Rojas, Jesús Eduardo,; Sierra Fula, Duban Andrés;; Orduy Rodríguez, Jaime EnriqueTogether with the Army Aviation School (ESAVE) and the Los Libertadores University Foundation; It is intended to develop the automation of the Bank of injectors washing, which is in operation manually in the engine workshop located in the Aircraft Maintenance Battalion No.1 of the National Army; in the same way, it is expected to make the appropriate adaptation of the fire extinguishing system, in order to prevent accidents due to the use of fuel required to carry out the operation described above; taking into account that in the washing procedure the operator has direct contact with the fuel, which causes health risks for those who perform such work. So, to solve this problem it is necessary to develop technological innovations, such as the implementation of electronic systems that facilitate, and at the same time improve the conditions in which the procedure is done, reducing fuel consumption and energy normally would use with the manual process, since with a system controlled by solenoid valves a smaller amount would be spent. Thus, the design and manufacture of an electronic solenoid valve control system will eliminate the risks to which technicians are exposed, reduce awkward positions and control fuel spillage around the bank. However, it should be noted that, for the development of the project, it is required in the first instance, the creation of an electronic card, which integrates the programs and allows the control of opening and closing of each of the four valves used for this process. So, the electronic card and the programs must have electrical characteristics that allow the software and hardware to communicate; The electronic card that integrates the programs has the ability to receive 12V DC at 20A, where 12A will be used for valve activation, and a USB port that allows connection to a Tablet. 24 It should be noted that, for the development of the software, the LABVIEW program will be used, which replaces the manual operation of closing and opening the valves by the operator
