The project presents the strategy of creation and construction of a rural agricultural lodging house in the municipality of Tobia, Cundinamarca with the aim of putting it at the service of visitors. This business has opportunity because currently tourism in Colombia is opening up to the dynamics of the globalization and has been contributing to development in sectors other than extractive in the country. The sector In general, it has been a source of income for the creator of any project of this type, since the advantages geographical and cultural characteristics of the country have allowed it to gain comparative advantages over other nations of the tropic.
