Also, the participant observation with the foundation "Lxs locxs", where is evidenced in field diaries and the categories' matrix that collected their narratives, and interactions in context.

Sede Bogotá., ) Aparicio Velasco, Valentina; Castiblanco Pinilla, Laura Gissella; Venegas Luque, RocióThe objective of this research was framed in understanding the strategies of emotional management against the vulnerabilities suffered in the context of women transgender that inhabit the city of Bogotá. This was done under the methodological approach second-order qualitative study, where a semi-structured interview was implemented with five trans women, in addition to the participant observation exercise at the Lxs Locxs Foundation, that is evidenced in the field diaries and the matrix of categories that collected their narratives and interactions in context. Based on the above, management strategies were identified and analyzed. emotional, from a constructionist and complex vision of reality, where it was found that have emotional strategies focused on surviving the contexts of vulnerability, making their emotions and well-being invisible. As a final point, generated key aspects that allow them to potentiate emotions as strategic allies in their mental health and in its spaces of resistance.

Sede Bogotá., ) Lancheros Cantor, Ginna Paola; Reyes Rojas, Gabriela Valentina; Villadiego Suaza, Laura Janeth; Olmos Sanabria, Andrea Del PilarThis rae analytical summary corresponds to opt for the title of graduates in early childhood education, this work consists of carrying out playful activities that strengthen the teaching and learning of children from 4 to 6 years of transition grade belonging to the Garden Children's Chenano located in the Marsella neighborhood in the city of Bogotá. The activities to perform will be playful tools, which strengthen the dimensions which are cognitive, communicative, socio-affective and corporal. These activities are designed so that be implemented individually and in groups, allowing the child to explore their environment and appropriate it. The sample chosen to carry out this degree project was 15 children from the transition grade; A field diary was carried out in order to identify the management of ludic in the Chenano Kindergarten, in addition, an interview was conducted with 17 parents and a survey to 7 teachers of the institution in order to know their opinion about the ludic as tool for teaching and learning of children from 4 to 6 years of transition grade. These activities were carried out in order to contribute and provide strategies to the children of the Chenano kindergarten, these activities will be the basis to generate interest in children learn by using the different playful tools.
- ÍtemAdaptación y validación de la escala de afectividad positiva y negativa (PANAS) al contexto colombiano, en una muestra de madres solteras en la ciudad de Bogotá, Colombia(Fundación Universitaria Los Libertadores. Sede Bogotá., ) Cantor Parra, Lina Sofia; Clavijo Benavidez, María Paula; Vargas Martínez, Dolly EnithThe present research aims to carry out the adaptation and validation of the Positive and Negative Affectivity Scale (PANAS), in a sample of 150 single mothers in the city of Bogota, Colombia, in order to have instruments that are relevant to our context and to respond to a notorious need for insufficient psychological evidence adapted to the country’s culture; This work was carried out under the quantitative methodology, which is based on the application of the PANAS Scale and its process of psychometric validation in the Colombian context. For this purpose, validation was carried out by expert judges, followed by the application of the corresponding pilot tests to adjust the scale according to the population to be studied, finally, the instrument was applied to the above-mentioned sample in order to find the results, where the statistical analysis was carried out through the SPSS V.16 programme, followed by finding that the scale has adequate levels of validity and reliability, that single mothers in the city of Bogota show adequate levels of positive affections in relation to negative affection, which I know showed results contrary to what the theory explains, finally, it is concluded that for future studies other sociodemographic characteristics are taken into account, such as the economic stratum and schooling, since these are factors that may influence the results obtained, it is also important that in future research the sample should be wider and not only women should be taken into account, it is recommended that a second validation be carried out by expert judges who will evaluate the final modifications made to the instrument according to their judgement.
- ÍtemAfectaciones psicológicas en un militar de la Armada Nacional de las Minas Antipersonal(Fundación Universitaria Los Libertadores. Sede Bogotá., ) González Beltrán, Sandra Patricia; Jiménez Jiménez, William AlejandroThe objective of this research was to identify the psychological affectations through the life history of a soldier of the National Navy, Republic of Colombia victim of antipersonnel mines. It was used a method of qualitative study with a narrative design of topics, under the hermeneutical paradigm. In this research a semistructured interview adapted to the field of military psychology was applied, using for the analysis of the interview the software Atlas-Ti V.7.0, which allowed analyzing the narrative of the antipersonnel mines victim by grouping psychological affectations through the hermeneutical units, thus allowing a hermeneutical analysis in the role of victim of antipersonnel mines in the armed conflict of Colombia. Within the results there was a greater number of citations in the subcategories Anger, Thinking and memory due to the psychological impact suffered by the military during his service in the National Navy. It is recommended for future investigations the deepening of the attention received by the wounded in combat, allowing the analysis of other categories and subcategories that can be found.

Sede Bogotá., ) Cárdenas Ordóñez, Stephanie; Ladino Alvarado, Tatiana; Sánchez Pedraza, Heidy Jeraldine; García Orjuela, Erly MercedesThe objective of the study was to identify the participation of students with disabilities in the regular classroom; the research was conducted with coordinator, regular teachers and special educator. The study corresponds to a qualitative investigation in the perspective of action research (Sandín, 2003), the instruments used were: field diaries, inclusion index, interviews and surveys where it was also observed that they have many gaps in face of different themes and policies that are necessary for an effective and quality educational inclusion. This way, the objective established was to strengthen the inclusion processes of grades 5 of the afternoon, with the design of a relevant pedagogical strategy for this population to enable the learning and participation of all students regardless their condition. There was a triangulation of information from the question problem where some categories emerged which were inclusive education, learning and participation, these derived some subcategories that were culture, teaching, diversity and policy.

- ÍtemAnálisis de la percepción de habilidades sociales de un estudiante de grado sexto con síndrome de asperger(Fundación Universitaria Los Libertadores. Sede Bogotá., ) Páez Rozo, Laura Camila; González, Samy Mayerly; García Cano, LupeThe project entitled Analysis of Perceptions of Social Skills is consolidated as exploratory research with a qualitative approach, through which it seeks to contribute to teacher training, considering the need to make teaching practices an education for all based on the framework of principles and comprehensiveness. Students with characteristics framed in differential education enter schools, as evidenced throughout the document, in this scenario it is usual to find situations in which a student with Asperger's Syndrome is excluded by his classmates due to his own characteristics and must endure actions such as bad looks, teasing, being ignored, among others. The research takes these behaviors as a reference to show the problem of exclusion in the classroom, through observation and questionnaires, the reality that this population is going through is evidenced. For example, when the student is part of a group activity, the others express themselves bodily indicating that they do not like their participation (they show displeasure), thus generating little or almost no participation in activities. From this context, strategies are proposed to strengthen the social skills of all students, emphasizing the student with Asperger's, to improve coexistence in the classroom and encourage inclusion in the teaching and learning process.
- ÍtemAnálisis de la percepción de los docentes sobre el aprendizaje mediado por el uso de dispositivos tecnológicos en el aula de clase, en un colegio privado de BogotáJaramillo Bernal, Andrés,; Medina Niño, María Lucía; Jurado Duque, Hernán DavidThe perception of the teachers of a private school, about the learning process of their students when the activities in class are mediated by technological devices, is analyzed in this paper. This qualitative, descriptive and inductive investigation was conducted in Bogotá, Colombia during 2017. In order to achieve the proposed objectives, a survey and 120 minutes focal group was carried out, which 11 teachers from different areas, ages and experience was interviewed for 120 minutes. It was concluded that learning is a process that requires the linking of disciplinary, motivational, group and individual aspects. The role of technological devices as part of the class dynamics may, depending on the participants, facilitate aspects such as visual memory, dynamics group and understanding of the academic contents. However, the participants also recognized that technology may saturate information to the students and vitiate the educationalprocesses; justifying that without an adequate method they would work against institutional interests.

For this purpose, a qualitative research was carried out with a case study with the objective of analyzing the networks and the way in which they participate during the process of inclusion in a family from the municipality of Natagaima, Tolima, in situation of displacement. The social and cultural characteristics of this family allow us to identify important elements during the inclusion process, which are determined by the fracture in the family structure, the material and symbolic losses that the displacement event leaves. The results of this investigation make it possible to demonstrate that, in spite of the restructuring and social, family and individual fractures of this family, the different networks participate actively in this transformation, thus contributing to the reorganization of lives, social and family dynamics, locating This way to the networks in an element of vital importance during the process of inclusion and integral reparation of the victims of displacement.(Apartes del texto)

Sede Bogotá., ) Quiñonez Hoyos, Katerine; Malo Rodríguez, Stefany Paola; Torres Piñeres, Camilo José; Zambrano Cárcamo, Kelly Johana; Gómez Romero, Ana DoloresThe following project focused on recognizing that both Sustainable Development and Sustainable Lifestyles in the syllabus of the Early Childhood Education Degree program of Los Libertadores University Foundation. The main objective was to analyze the gaps existing in the syllabus of the pedagogical practice of the Bachelor of Education program Children of the Los Libertadores University Foundation. Based on this, generate forms of inclusion in the study plans of the program in order to train highly qualified teachers in the sustainability. The methodology focused on the interpretative type mixed field using instruments such as: syllabus analysis and a Likert Scale survey applied to 35 students of the program. Finally, it is evident that more work must be done so that students are trained about Sustainable Development because in terms of syllabus there are more distances than approximations; In this regard, the survey showed that education is kept in mind as a weapon crucial to generate a sustainable environment, but there are gaps about the importance of the issue.

Sede Bogotá., ) Cifuentes Pedraza, Luisa Fernanda; León López, Daniela Alejandra; Zuluaga Arias, Erika Yadina; Osma Loaiza, Juan Carlosundergraduate work analyses the effectiveness of the Strategy of Visible Thinking in the Children's Garden Las Pequeñas Semillas in the city of Bogotá. Where different topics focused on Visible Thinking were addressed such as thought routines, mind habits, multiple intelligences, constructivism and meaningful learning. This research from the analytical side produces responses through thoughtful and critical processes by teachers in training, approaching an inclusive vision on how to make thought visible; simultaneously how the teaching process is carried out by the teachers of the children's garden Las Pequeñas Semillas. For the product of this research work, an in-depth consultation was carried out where the different national regulations against early childhood education were took into account. Likewise, other research on Visible Thinking was taken as a basis to show and verify from Garner's eye how multiple intelligences contribute to the integral development of children, considering that this author was part of the Zero project in the company of David Perkins, since his research point was thought, where strategies were used to develop the critical and creative thinking of children to achieve more effective and understanding learning. The approach addressed in this document is qualitative and the method is descriptive, where information was collected to give validation to this strategy of Visible Thinking, in the same way interviews were conducted as a way of collecting data to give way to the analysis by the authors of the investigative work.
- ÍtemAnálisis desde el pensamiento psicoanalítico lacaniano sobre los efectos del discurso de la educación superior en relación con la emergencia de un sujeto políticoMolina Sánchez, Anderson Rene; Perez Muñoz, Leslie Jazmin; Fernández Jaimes, Carol;The speaking being, rooted in the word and subject to a constituent division by effects of the signifier, is bound to the establishment of a social bond with the other and the Other, however, from its own singularity, from its structured unconscious as a language , it is possible to be a political subject and do politics, however, taking into account its drive nature, there are serious difficulties that point more to the fracture of this social bond and in turn not to be assumed as a political subject, that is, in their majority of age. Then, higher education is presented to us as a field that has a series of legislations that govern its work, manifesting the police form that it has, because its practices are based on guidelines and processes, which aim to train the subject, keeping it in a minority of complacent age, limiting critical reflection and the emergence of a political subject who practices politics. For this reason an analysis was made from the psychoanalytic epistemology, through the hermeneutics that allowed us to interpret the classic and contemporary writings related to our theoretical base and research. It is important to reflect on the discourse of education and its relationship with the subject, from a different perspective, that gives us an understanding that the subject is the one who can mobilize his / her word and confront himself / herself as a political subject, from the students, the teachers and the same academic. Sede Bogotá., ) Quitian, Angie; Aroca, Paola; García Cano, LupeA descriptive documentary study was carried out, which had the purpose of answering the following problem question: How is dyslexia addressed in films and documentaries and should it be in the classroom?, with the main objective of analyzing how dyslexia is addressed in cinematographic media in the different social, family and school contexts, this study has a qualitative approach which follows the route that allows us to answer the problem question mentioned above, the type of research that was used was a documentary analysis in which they worked 5 films and/or documentaries where the main theme was the management of dyslexia in different contexts. In this research, the format of a file was used, which has as its name an analysis sheet of dyslexia in the classroom from documentaries and films, which has approximately 8 questions referring to the creation of the film, 18 questions focused on the management of dyslexia and 2 in terms of the person who completed the format, it should be noted that the creation of the file was by the authors of said work, in the results we were able to show the lack of knowledge regarding the management of dyslexia, the ignorance that the same teachers present by not carrying out a diagnostic evaluation or by not paying attention to the development or evolution of the student, therefore, to conclude we can indicate that a diagnostic evaluation could be used that provides us with the bases to understand how finds the student at the educational level.

On the occasion of this, the present work entitled Phenomenological Analysis of the Incidence of Psycho-Forensic Expertise in PC Cases in Colombia is made up of the following sections: In the first chapter, the general guidelines of the investigation will be found, where specific emphasis is made In the problem question and the objectives that were structured to answer it, these objectives are aimed at knowing and describing through the experience of experts the incidence that the health professional has in psychology, in this case the forensic psychologist in Colombian justice .
- ÍtemAnálisis psicoanalítico de experiencias traumáticas de tres casos de mujeres afectadas por eventos de violencia de pareja residentes en Bogotá Colombia.(Fundación Universitaria Los Libertadores. Sede Bogotá., ) Bullas Cortés, Hector Alejandro; Ravelo Rodríguez, Katerin; Rodríguez Cardenas, Yojan Javier; Quintero Hernández, Sandra MilenaThe following investigative work aimed to analyze the traumatic experiences in three cases of women in situations of dating violence in the city of Bogotá Colombia, this analysis was carried out through psychoanalytic theory. The research corresponds to a qualitative approach study with an empirical phenomenological cut design, in-depth interviews were conducted and the information was analyzed through discourse analysis and a categorical matrix, the participants correspond to three women residents of the city of Bogotá , Colombia, with ages between 32 and 33 years, the information was analyzed from two categories; violence of couple and traumatic experiences, the first was composed of six subcategories, physical violence, verbal, psychological, sexual, social and economic, and the second composed of overflow, rupture and helplessness. In the findings it was found that the experiences of different types of partner violence generated simultaneously and progressively in women constitute traumatic experiences, in this way, the situation of aggression generates an affective overload flooding the Yoicas structures, making impossible the resources to symbolize, understand and give an account of the situation of violence (overflow), in this scenario, the psyche is fragmented and therefore generate moments of confusion and emotional disconnection that constitute elements of the I-It undifferentiation and in which to distinguish between what happened before and after the situation of violence is difficult (Rupture), this affects the formation of new relationships as well as scenarios typical of daily life. In the face of trauma situations of suffering are established, in which the psyche stops functioning as a continent of emotions, allowing them to overflow and keep them in a state of suffering and psychic orphanhood, this leads to women ceasing to be subjects to be objects and in him that the ineffectiveness of the ego prevents his active reaction to his aggressors (helplessness).
- ÍtemAnálisis psicodinámico de un hombre adulto psicótico con manifestaciones clínicas de disociación: análisis de caso(Fundación Universitaria Los Libertadores. Sede Bogotá., ) Tovar Méndez, Karen Daniela; Quintero Hernández, Sandra MilenaThe following research work aimed to construct a psychodynamic analysis of the case of a psychotic adult man with clinical manifestations of dissociation, thus accounting for his psychism. The research is carried out by implementing the methodology of the single subject case study within which a collection of dialogues and stories found in the film works of Split (2016) and Glass (2019) which can account for the relationships and links parents and social present from the childhood of Kevin Wendell Crumb that lead to the constitution of a psychic structure of psychosis and formation of a child where it is possible to account for the defense mechanisms that the subject implements and how he uses they; In order to carry out an in-depth analysis of the collected data, the construction of a categorical matrix is necessary, which is divided into two analysis categories: clinical manifestations made up of the subcategories of delirium and dissociation and the second category of defense mechanisms, made up of the subcategories of repression, projection and projective identification, rationalization, compensation, dissociation, denial, fixation, regression, transfer and idealization. Among the findings found through the matrix, it was found that the subject presents a series of delusions typical of psychosis, which revolve around the impossibility in the process of symbolization in the face of painful experiences lived from an early age, such as the non-satisfaction of the affective and care needs and the non-possibility of establishing favorable links with another, which is why Kevin creates his own reality around how he perceives himself through the eyes of his mother; and likewise, it is possible to understand how the subject develops a clinical manifestation of dissociation, in which, the subject's personality is fragmented in such a way that Kevin generates 23 other personalities in psychic response to the traumatic and highly painful physical abuse of which He was victimized by his mother and the loss of the father figure. Regarding the findings regarding defense mechanisms, it is possible to observe the subject, most of them presenting characteristics typical of psychosis in defense mechanisms where massivity prevails with respect to forms of defense. In the same way, it is possible to observe how this subject in his psychosis reveals clearly the predominance of the tanatic, the nature and orientation of the desires and impulses and the morality based on his beliefs and what he considers to be the correct as it is to inflict a punishment on others who did not suffer any kind of physical abuse and are therefore different from him; as well as it is possible to observe that in what is related to the experiences that are presented from an early age, it gives rise to the formation of a fragile and weak child who does what is possible for the defender of psychic suffering. - ÍtemAnálisis psicométrico de dos instrumentos de medición del clima organizacional en el Ejército Nacional de ColombiaPerdomo Arturo, Carlos Andres; Porras Velásquez, Néstor RaúlThe objective of this research was to determine the level of reliability and validity degree of psychometric analysis by the measuring instrument (02) which evaluates the organizational climate in the military and civilian personnel working in the administrative area comprising the Military Units the National Army of Colombia, Each instrument consists of 60 items which comprise six variables with a choice of response Yes - No. The study was instrumental type applied, to carry out research a sample population of 283 military took (officers, NCOs) working in the administrative area, was determined by Cronbach's alpha coefficient of reliability significant level of 0.935. Eliminating 02 items was determined not to have internal consistency among the items (5-17) forming the variable Relationships, by having a lower range (0.60 to 90) Cronbach's alpha coefficient. Construct validity was applied using confirmatory factor analysis, which evaluated 16 factors, 15 items were removed by not correlate with the factor, the instrument in its final phase evaluated 13 factors, an instrument invalid since it had evaluated six factors (Motivation, Teamwork, Communication, Leadership, Relationships, identity). For the analysis of the second instrument a population sample of 200 civilians (Ground Staff and Service) was taken, the reliability obtained by Cronbach's alpha for this instrument determined a confidence level of 0.936. The results of the Cronbach alpha coefficient determined eliminating 02 items having no internal consistency among the items (29-37) forming the variable sense of belonging. Construct validity was applied using confirmatory factor analysis, which evaluated 17 factors, 19 items were removed by not correlate with the factor, the instrument in its final phase evaluated 11 factors, an instrument invalid since it had evaluated six factors (Wellness, Workplace, cooperation, sense of belonging, recognition, relations with the Superior). It is concluded that the measuring instrument used to assess the organizational climate in the military and civilian personnel of the National Army has a high rate of reliability in terms of the construct validity of the measuring instrument does not evaluate the factors for which it was created.
