Besides it was evidenced in the research and with the development of the SWOT analysis applied to tourism the lack of promotion and adaptation of the attractions that belong to the municipality, due to absence of state support, in the same way the lack of professionals in the touristic sector, the scarcity of tourist services companies, the deficiency of the local transport service; on one side this is because the lack of a terminal, likewise there isn’t optimal functioning of the public lighting infrastructure as much in urban helmet as rural helmet. For the compliance of the general objective the following specific objectives were raised: make a touristic stock of the municipality of Ráquira, study tastes and preferences of the tourist and visitor, observe the work and know the touristic perception of the community and craftman, investigate the knowledges and touristic projects of the experts through interviews, and finally develop a sustainable historical-cultural touristic product for Ráquira, Boyacá. To sustain the work, five key concepts have been chosen related with the topic of the research in Ráquira, wich are linked with the touristic superstructure determinated to support each one.
