However, the target audience for this content is the very essence of their development, since it is to them that the message is directed: Taking the above into account, it is necessary to investigate the perception that a sample of subjects in the ages included as the target audience of this character, have on the message that the Frailejón Ernesto Pérez sends; all this, through the development of playful interviews, the creation of a perception evaluation model and a model of content analysis, applied to pre-selected content from the animated series Cuentitos Magical and the voluntary participation of girls and boys, students of the transition grade of the San Cayetano Modern High School.

These styles not only create identity in the broadcast media, but also generate a characteristic tone in the narrative of the content, a particularity that can become a differentiating factor among other journalistic competencies. And this is how each communication medium becomes a reference for information framed in a unique way of transmitting facts, a style that will be successfully perceived by its audiences and readers to find in each company a characteristic form in the stories. The tone, the language, the intention and the proximity adorn this content to reach a specific audience, which decides which media to go to according to their tastes, preferences or their own social construction. Thus, in the world of journalism, each editorial narrates the events depending on their style and through the platforms of their choice, and telling what happens in the world can arouse reactions and feelings in the receivers, even more when sensationalism is becomes the intention of the story. Showing the facts in a descriptive or even morbid way, emphasizing the tastes of some people has become a continuous and strong line in different media.

This research was carried out quantitatively, specifically, it was carried out a direct sample with the young university students of the Communication program social and journalism, on the subject of politics. For this process a technique, the survey; the analysis focuses on three central chapters: the first one does reference to the concept of subject from psychoanalysis, sociology, communication and politics, the second axis, addresses the political sphere from its origin, its development from the political sciences and the political subject, a concept that is being built through the revision of the meanings of the subject and the political, for the last chapter the university was investigated precisely at the Fundación Universitaria Los Liberators where their respective history, mission, vision and the profile of student who wants to train, characteristics that for the present investigation are they consider necessary in the young subject to be analyzed. The results of the surveys carried out on the students of the Foundation Los Libertadores University, allows to identify the dynamics of construction of political subject, where the construction of the political subject in young people stands out, protagonists in decision-making, about their present and future in society. It is clear that young people actively participate in the face of voting, without However, they feel indifferent to participation, due to the mistrust they have in the face of political structures, since young people feel great despair, not they feel the support of these entities to achieve their goals.

Sede Bogotá., ) Sarmiento Sáchica, Daniela; Sánchez Quintero, Edward Stiven; Ramírez Ortega, Natalia; Castillo Murillejo, Norma ConstanzaThis research is carried out in order to identify, analyze and present the dynamics and methodologies of journalistic practice that have been born or have been modified in the last decade under the schemes of digital journalism or cyberjournalism, then, with the arrival and subsequent proliferation of the use of the internet and mobile devices have not only information dissemination channels have changed but they have also seen modified the methodologies of journalistic work. The new audiences, especially the younger people, not only consume information on digital platforms that barely makes a decade did not exist or were not used for journalistic dissemination, but also do in transmedia formats such as videos, podcasts, videoblogs, infographics, etc., which force professionals in the discipline to rethink their way of seeking and obtaining the information such as to make it reach its users. That is why the investigation has been focused on four media: El Espectador, Pulzo, Radiónica, Canal 13 and Hekatombe, which in recent years have undergone major transformations in their contents, mainly in digital spaces and social networks to satisfy the needs of its consumers.

In his book nonverbal communication, body and the environment (1982) contains several studies Knapp arranging them into three main categories paralanguage, kinesics and proxemics of which will become a practical application based on a video of an evangelistic campaign by Eduardo Cañas in 2010 in the city of Valledupar (Cesar), analyzing and subsequently describing body movements, tone of voice and the closeness that the leader has with his parishioners turn and how they respond to these messages. Knowing each reported case states that almost 90% of the victims of rape in the capital are minors, figures revealed by Legal Medicine after conducting a general analysis that determines with concern the alarming number of cases and above all, that of This 90% of victims do not survive the abuses generated by the aggressor. (Justicia, El Tiempo, 2018) In addition, it is added that every 22 minutes there is a new case of sexual abuse or sexual violence in Bogotá being 87.7% committed against minors. That is why it is intended to present in this research work statistics, processes and legal decisions with respect to the most relevant cases in the two years named above, thus seeking a conclusion that determines the main factors of these events and the possible solutions that can be exercised to reduce cases. It developed three structured questionaries with opened and closed questions trying to determinate the characteristics necessary for a radiophonic piece, like a second point were perfomed three structured interviews to experts on sociology, psychology and children’s radio content. The obtained results threw the radiophonic likes of the child population, the posible uses of the radiophonic piece inside school spaces and the characteristics that must to be evident on a radio-educational product with intending to join the children on their formation process.

Sede Bogotá., ) Ubaque Bernal, Juan Camilo; Buitrago Castillo, Luis FranciscoThis research delves into the geopolitical factor of information from Social Communication in the Colombian social outbreak in 2021, starting from the 2019 protests. It reveals cyberspace and the network society as new scenarios of power, counterpower, communication, social and hegemonic change.The conflict in the multiplicity of publics in their differential mental states traces public opinion and cognitive modeling as means for transnational hegemonic ends. In fact, Colombia fits into this paradigm due to its geopolitical position with NATO against the extra-hemispheric powers. The research is justified in the fracture of the strategy of the media infrastructure of the 21st century by multipolarity. It highlights the hegemonic and military usefulness of information, and how communications are the protagonists of recent geopolitical events. Therefore, under a case study, the alleged Russian interference in the 2019 and 2021 protests in Colombia is analyzed, according to statements by the Ministry of Defense and Vice Presidency of the Colombian State. Through the qualitative paradigm, the body of evidence of the State in the alleged interference is investigated and the informative treatment is analyzed through the technique of nominal data.

Sede Bogotá., ) Arteaga Beltrán, Luisa Fernanda; Ortiz Porras, Juan Pablo; Avendaño Colorado, Cristian Giovanny; Balán, Laura MarcelaIn this degree project is analyzed the content of the anime Shingeki no Kyojin, its messages, contexts and symbologies, enabling the understanding of various problems that currently still permeate society, not only in Japan, but worldwide. That said, we point out that the focus of the research is to identify social exclusions, such as xenophobia, abuse of power, inequality and racism within the content of the series, analyze them and compare them with the Bogota reality. For the field of communication it is relevant to execute observation techniques that decipher sources of information and symbols within the contents of audiovisual products, in this case the argument of SNK (Shingeki no Kyojin), which are effective and truthful in the framework of science, making their correct analysis and understanding. It is worth saying that the development of this research will be possible from the understanding of arguments presented by various authors, such as Piñuel (2002) from the concept of content analysis, and Cobos (2010) with his explanation on the Latinization of anime as a consequence of globalization. It is this knowledge that contributes to the realization of this degree project, helping to decipher the hidden messages and similarities with the Bogota reality, because as mentioned above, social exclusions are a global problem and equally, SNK production works with themes that go beyond entertainment and connect with the reality of humanity, understanding the role of audiovisual communication as a transmitter of messages that through various elements and creativity, brings its audience closer to truthful situations.

The authors Moisés and Yepes, in their text Analysis of Government Communication of the Communications Advisory Office of the IDU (sf), affirm that the policy has been taken to a technological field, hence the communication channels must also change and that the social networks become the favorite information medium of the municipal mayors. It is important to emphasize that social networks are a vital communication tool to interact with citizens. According to the ICT Ministry (2018), Facebook is the application with the largest number of users, therefore the idea is confirmed that it is a social network with high potential and hence the need to examine the management that the Mayor gives to the same, considering as the sole purpose that the page is positioned, increase the scope of each of its publications and the interaction of the inhabitants of the municipality is broad and significant. That is why the text includes an in-depth analysis of the Facebook page of the Municipality of the municipality and consists of several stages. First, a diagnosis is made in which the environment and the use that the Mayor's office gives to digital media to disseminate its services are analyzed. On the other hand, the results are analyzed and it is evident that the problem includes the lack of profit in terms of management and the proper use of the social network, Facebook, since this tool enhances the interaction with the residents, quickly and immediately .
