Mathematics is not, how might one think from the above quote from Russell, a part of thought inaccessible to many, on the contrary, mathematics is part essential for the cognitive and emotional development of any person, in addition to being a requirement for social life. Taking the above as a guide, this research focuses its efforts to create a tool that helps to acquire the basic notions of logic – mathematics in boys and girls and, in this way, build some pillars on which children in the future they can support each other firmly. In addition to all that has been said, this research is the result of the educational challenges that appeared due to the COVID-19 pandemic, such as the virtualization of environments academic and school and the lack of pedagogical tools suitable for the proper development of educational processes from home. Sede Bogotá., ) García Palomino, Anyeli Sahiry; Galindo Álvarez, Laura Vanesa; Gómez Ávila, Leidy Jhoanna; Motta Rodríguez, GustavoThis project proposes a playful - pedagogical tool as a final product, which is a primer that is aimed at preschool teachers, with the intention of providing additional help for the strengthening of some basic emotions that may be presented by situations caused by the family and school environment, eg divorce, abuse, bullying and so on. For this reason, it is important that emotions are expressed appropriately, in order to avoid a non-optimal development in boys and girls from 2 to 5 years old, as well as to prevent an effect on their academic performance. In this booklet different pedagogical playful activities are reflected, classified by some basic emotions, which will provide good pedagogical practice; It also describes the development of the activities, their objective and material to be used. The activities proposed in the booklet were chosen thanks to the observation that was carried out in the Jardín Chiquilandia, where problem situations were evidenced because the teachers did not know how to handle, control or help regarding the behavior shown by the boys and girls in each situation they were experiencing due to their family or / and school environment, which was affecting their academic performance and the classroom environment. For this reason, it is very important that children know, control and express their emotions in an appropriate way, since this allows them to be autonomous and independent beings without fear of facing the problems that they may present throughout their lives.

Sede Bogotá., ) Machado Páez, Johana Estela; Muñoz Alarcón, Eileen Johana; Jiménez Jiménez, William AlejandroThis research was developed within the framework of legal psychology, which aimed to identify if an adolescent offender of the law who is in a resocialization process has cognitive distortions and family, social and cultural factors that may have caused or predisposed to the commission of the crime, information that will be confirmed through the application of the Questionnaire of Thoughts Hollon and Kendall's (1980) Automatic Thoughts Inventory and Ruiz and Lujan (1991), along with a semi-structured interview model. This investigation It was a qualitative design, set to a single case study and the data collection method information was the triangulation of data. The sample consisted of a 17-year-old adolescent male offender of the law that currently has a judicial process, which has been deprived of liberty and this linked to a resocialization program. From the application of the inventory of automatic thoughts cognitive distortions were found to most frequently they were fallacy of divine reward, should and catastrophic vision. In relation to the Hollon and Kendall test (1980) found a significant score in the variable maladjustment and self-reproach. After analyzing the information collected, we found that the relationship between cognitive distortions and the crime is evidenced in his criminal act since manages erroneous thoughts from childhood generating a maladaptive schema where family and social backgrounds, poor academic performance, economic conditions and lack of motivation, influenced the cognitive development of the subject

In addition, the strategies that the teacher can use were identified, based on the fact that the two rooms have similar academic needs because they are a vulnerable population. The focus of this research is qualitative, taking into account that it began with the observation of the context, likewise it made use of the action research method through activities that sought that students had the ability to make decisions analyzing their reality daily, improving interaction with their peers and academic performance. Finally, the results collected in this research showed three factors that affect the low performance of students, which are: lack of family support, lack of interest on the part of students towards learning and the scarce use of strategies by teachers; that is why the need arises to provide a tool "Methodological guide to support teaching work with vulnerable population" aimed at teachers to improve academic performance, through the strategy of cooperative learning.
