Sede Bogotá., ) Sepulveda Martinez, Hailen Astrid; Narvaez Acosta, Jhon Jadher; Cardona Caicedo, Pablo Andres; Daza Piragauta, javierThe purpose of this research work is to design a pedagogical strategy for the Sol de Oriente Educational Institution, which has 5 modalities of technical high school and a total of 10 groups of which 5 are tenth grade and 5 are eleventh grade and which in Together they represent 12% of its population, having an average of 30 students per classroom, it is vital that parents take an active part in the training process, even more so when they are young people who study under the single-day modality. The lack of support from the parents of the Institution has meant that values such as commitment, responsibility, punctuality and order are observed with special care by the entire educational community, since by the year 2022 Attendance at parent meetings reached 67%, a figure that in the first weeks of 2023 did not improve. On the contrary, it dropped to 60%, observing approximately 18 students in each classroom, and for the students' academic process this accompaniment has been around for a long time. essential with the objective that in this way it can give what is established in Article 67 of the Political Constitution of Colombia The State, society and the family are responsible for education. Through this qualitative research, we seek to design a proposal where parents and guardians can be sensitized regarding moral, fraternal and legal commitment and thus provide meaningful support to each of the students. The big bet will be to forge soft skills among parents and/or guardians.
